  • Stick to a regular daily routine with regular times for eating, sleeping, working

  • Surround yourself with warm colors, soothing music and sweet aromas
  • Give yourself a daily self-massage with sesame or other essential oils
  • Avoid stimulants such as caffeine and alcohol
