Neti pots are used for nasal irrigation, a process in which water is used to flush out the nasal cavity and clean it of mucus and debris.
Benefits: Using a neti pot is an all-natural nasal irrigation therapy believed to have many benefits, including improved breathing, reduced snoring, and relief from allergy symptoms. Copper vessels are believed to positively energize the water that is stored in them, granting extra energy and healing power to the liquid. Copper vessels balance all the three doshas in your body, (vata, kapha and pitta) by positively charging the water, infusing it with rich minerals that decrease inflammation and keep microbes at bay.
Warnings: You should never place your Copper-ware in a conventional oven or a microwave oven and never put it in the freezer. It is advised not to put your beautiful Copper-ware in the dishwasher.
Usage: Fill the bottle with water and store it in a cool dry place overnight or all day or for 8 hours. Do not refrigerate the bottle. The best time to drink water stored in a copper bottle is on an empty stomach in the morning.
Cleaning: To clean the inside of a copper bottle, you can use a mixture of lemon, salt, and vinegar along with some water. The outer surface can be cleaned with the same mixture used for cleaning the inside, or with a mild dishwashing bar or powder
Disclaimer: The Neti Pot is made of pure copper and the color may vary from the picture shown.
